For the founders of Brown Soul Brewing Co., coming soon to the South Gate neighborhood of L.A., providing a community space to enjoy great beer, delicious food, and an inclusive atmosphere is their mission. As members of the South Gate community and surrounding neighborhoods, this project is personal to the Brown Soul team. They are creating an environment for their neighbors to gather together over incredible Latino-inspired craft beer and dishes, something that the area is currently lacking with its limited bar and restaurant options. We were thrilled when Brown Soul Brewing contacted us to help with designing a tap system for their unique and community-minded concept, and the Glacier team has been hard at work over the past year to make their vision a reality. We are excited to finally show off this elegant 16-tap direct-draw system we installed for the Brown Soul team. Seeing the completed system with their colorful Brown Soul Branding gives a beautiful reward for all of the hard work. We also installed a large 10’x20’ walk-in cooler for concealed keg storage, and the result is a sharp, modern design that fits perfectly with the Brown Soul atmosphere. Our team worked closely with Noel, Hugo, and Victor, Brown Soul’s partners, to ensure the design was immaculate and cohesive. They have been patiently going through their processes and getting all of their equipment ready for opening, and we can’t wait to visit when their doors open soon! We are looking forward to continuing our partnership with Brown Soul Brewing Co. after they open and for years to come. The Glacier team believes in their mission, and we hope to see them become a thriving community gathering space for their beloved South Gate neighborhood.
